How to delete your account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, directly in the app. You don't need to email us.

Step 1 Open the moon made me app and sign in.

Step 2 Open Settings from the home screen.

Step 3 In the Account section, tap Delete account.

Step 4 Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more so we can disconnect moon made me from your Apple ID. Deletion cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our database right away, and in any case within 30 days:

Your sign-in record (Firebase Authentication — user ID, sign-in provider, and email address if you gave one)
Your profile (name or nickname, guide, tone, notification time, push token)
Your daily note history
Your sealed letters in the Echo Well, including letters that have not arrived yet
Your product picks and product click records
In-app events linked to your account
Feedback messages you sent

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke moon made me's access to your Apple ID. If that fails, the app shows you how to remove moon made me in your Apple ID settings yourself.

What is kept, and for how long

After deletion your account cannot be recovered. If you sign up again with the same sign-in method, you start as a new user.

Need help?

If you can't delete your account in the app — for example, you no longer have access to your sign-in method — email contact@hasia.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request" and the email address you used to sign in. We will verify that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days, or sooner where the law of your country requires.
